Lack of posts this week...

Hello!

Just a quick message to say I'm sorry I've dropped the ball this week in posting.

I have felt terrible since last Wednesday; not the flu or anything, just the loveliness that is a Fibro/M.E. flare.

Been doing a lot of research and may have found a new path to take in calming all this inflammation and getting out of this flare-up roller coaster.

I've felt pretty good today (Thursday), so good in fact that I bought some potting soil and cleaned up the courtyard.

Now I'm exhausted and aching because I accomplished something. That's far better than aching and being exhausted because you woke up. Or you ate something that didn't agree with you. Or you walked across the house. Blerg...

Here's to a fantastic weekend! I hope you all enjoy yourselves. And if the weather where you are is as amazing as the weather is here in Savannah, GET OUTSIDE and soak it up! It's only February. I have to remind myself. Winter usually sneaks in one last hurrah when we least expect it. Quite frankly, I hope this year, Winter forgets and Spring keeps chugging on in!

See ya'll next week!

  1. My sympathies for your pain. In my own garden, I foolishly tried to dig up an old rose brush. My husband took over, but not before I hurt myself. Pain.

Hope you find what you need. I use cannibis oil drops 3 times a day for migraines, and it has helped.

    1. Thank you so much! I'm sorry you hurt yourself digging in the garden. I understand, though. There's no place I'd rather be than digging in the dirt and if I have to endure some aches and pains, I'll do it. Still, my husband always insists on doing the heavy lifting. Finally, after 14 years, I'm agreeing :D

I work in a health food store and we sell the Cannabis oil. I've been using it for 3 years and it's helped me so much! I'm so glad it's working for you! Take care!

  2. We're not sick with the flu or anything, but we're fighting something here in our household. Hopefully, we can get some rest this weekend and approach next week healthier and stronger and with good attitudes.

    Take care! :)

    1. Thanks, love! It's been crazy down here. Everywhere you go people are talking about it. Thankfully, mine's just the usual chronic pain (if one can say "thankfully" for that??) Take care and enjoy the new fallen snow I saw that you posted the other day! Magic!
