KELP
fucus vesiculosus

Kelp is one of those super sea vegetables. It's full of minerals, especially iodine which makes it very helpful for thyroid issues. Studies in Japan show that Kelp contains Algin which has been shown to prevent cancer. It is helpful for soothing irritated throats and mucous membranes and may help reduce risk from environmental pollution.
Kelp is a wonderful nutritive for convalescing patients and pregnant women. It can help grow healthy hair, skin, and nails, help balance the effects of stress, and can promote overall health and well-being. Just another great reason to live by the sea!
